Complex evaluation, analysis and expertise of forestry projects, regulatory and legal documents in the sphere on forest relations

To implement the instructions of the Forest Code the laboratory of forest plans, regulations, projects and development of forest transportation infrastructure was created at FBU “SPbNIILH” in 2007.

• The development of forest plans, forest management regulations for forestry subjects of the Russian Federation
• Examination of forest plans
• Working out the forest development projects according to their their type of use
• Development of the regional programs of forestry development of the subject of the Russian Federation in the long term
• Comprehensive assessment (silvicultural, ecological, social, economic) of the efficiency of use of the forests, the availability of forest resources and making recommendations on the development of forest transport infrastructure
• Analysis and assessment of projects of regional and industry regulations
• Consulting specialists on forest relations and forest legislation
• Development of the scientifically based recommendations for the development of the transport of forest resources in accordance with their sustainable use, firefighting arrangements, reforestation, and increase of the profitability.
